Eilah Harriott

Eilah Harriott is the Assistant to the General Manager at Hayman Partners, providing support across a broad range of operational and administrative functions throughout the business. Known for her vibrant personality, strong organisational skills and willingness to help wherever needed, Eilah plays an important role in keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes while supporting the people and processes that drive the business forward.  

Beginning her Hayman Partners journey on Reception, Eilah quickly became known as someone who consistently stepped up, embraced new challenges, and delivered with confidence. Her ability to take ownership, build strong relationships across the business and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment saw her naturally progress into her current role. Working closely with the General Manager, she supports projects, systems and day to day operations while helping ensure the business continues to run efficiently and effectively.  

Eilah’s enthusiasm is matched by her reliability and attention to detail. She enjoys being part of a team environment and takes genuine satisfaction in helping others succeed. Whether assisting with key initiatives, supporting colleagues or helping with solution driven needs behind the scenes, Eilah approaches every task with professionalism, positivity and a can do attitude.
