Property manager Brie Wisbey is so obsessed with structure that she literally moved from Sydney to Canberra because she felt the ACT was “more organised”.
Brie is a new recruit to our property management team and already has landlords and tenants raving about her attention to detail and efficiency. She spends most of her day on the phone, proactively managing client relationships and managing the day-to-day running of a portfolio of properties.
Brie began her real estate career at the age of just 15 when she undertook work experience as a property manager with an agency in Sydney’s south-west. She’d moved house with her family more than 10 times by this stage, which meant she had an incredible empathy for both long and short-term tenants.
She worked for a range of agencies in the Campbelltown, Sydney, region after finishing school, including the entire set-up of a new real estate office for an independent agency in the suburb of Oran Park.
While she’s busy managing people and projects in the Hayman Partners office during the week, after hours and on weekends she works tirelessly on the family’s farm at Braidwood, from herding cattle and training horses to general farm hand work.
Brie’s a hard worker who’s committed to looking after the families in her properties, and she’s already loving the modern and meticulous systems underpinning the property management arm of Hayman Partners.
