As a busy and bustling office full of high energy team members, managing our operations is no easy feat — but we’re more than confident that our new Operations Manager, Cara Chevers, is up to the task!
Before joining us, Cara spent 16 years working at Flight Centre, where she honed her excellent communication and management skills. Working in such a fast-paced industry allowed Cara to become a expert at managing priorities and time to achieve successful outcomes. She’s a natural-born leader with a knack for fostering teamwork and collaboration — and, luckily for us, has a fair share of experience under her belt when it comes to real estate.

Cara comes to us as a former client, having bought three properties, sold two properties and rented two properties through Hayman Partners. It’s safe to say; she’s already off to a flying start when it comes to developing relationships with our team.
