As an interstate seller I required an effective, cost-efficient ACT agent to sell my apartment. After meeting two potential agents I chose Glen Kingston/Hayman Partners on the basis of the selling methodology (Auction Sale Contract), the personality shown at the meeting and the option of an incentive driven commission arrangement.
I was not disappointed with result. Glen provided both timely/concise communication and support to get the apartment ready for sale. The price gained exceeded the expectation identified by Glen at initial interview.
Overall pity Glen and Hayman Partners are not in Victoria. My recent experiences here each fail to meet the standard I was provided.

Throughout the marketing period, Glen kept me informed of the progress with calls or texts after each ‘open house’ I also received written summary of the event twice. Once offers were forthcoming I relied on Glen’s advice about selling strategies. Although the market was deemed ‘hot’ it was very rewarding to receive monies in excess of my expectation. Even after the sale, Glen provided – where to now – information which gave me a complete service for which I am grateful.
