Focus, self-motivation and a commitment to the broader team are the hallmarks of a first class property manager according to Hayman Partners’ Kelly Murphy.
Kelly’s career started in administration for a solicitor’s firm, where she found she had a natural flair for, and interest in, conveyancing. This made her career progression to the real estate industry an easy one, and her understanding and interpretation of legal documents and legislation is one of her top skills to this day.
In March 2020, Kelly joined the Hayman Partners property management team, bringing a wealth of experience in managing substantial property portfolios. In a previous role, she was responsible for 160 properties across Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra.
“In property management, the day you walk into in the morning is never the day that it turns out to be,” Kelly says.
“That requires flexibility, high motivation and even though you’re busy managing your own portfolio, you’ve really got to be able to work well within a team.”
Kelly’s time management skills were seriously put to the test in July 2017 when she became a mum to little Layla. She’s looking forward to the supportive culture at Hayman Partners and working with first class systems and processes to deliver exceptional results for landlords and tenants.
