In 1999, Lynn Hardy, a career public servant, decided it was time for a change.Lynn made the switch to real estate and has never looked back. She's worked across three of Canberra's biggest property agencies in her 20-year career, but recently returned "home" to Hayman Partners - a team that includes more than 10 of her former colleagues.An absolute gun at administration, systems and contract management, Lynn is obsessed with attention to detail and has high personal standards. She loves the interaction with people that working in the real estate industry provides, and admits to always having had a deep interest in house pricing and property market trends.Lynn has significant experience across the administration and leasing sides of real estate and is now the administrator behind our hugely successful sales team. She also has one of the most crucial roles in the office - managing our customer relationship management tool.
