Maddy has been a valuable member of the Hayman Partners team for over a year. Starting as a Sales Assistant, Maddy's commitment and exceptional work ethic has assisted in progressing into her new role as an Operations Administrator where she will work closely with the Operations Manager, contributing her skills and expertise across all areas of the company. One of the aspects Maddy loves about working in Real Estate is the dynamic nature of the industry, where each day presents new and exciting challenges. She thrives on the fast-paced environment and is always eager to learn and grow both personally and professionally. When asked about what she is most looking forward to at Hayman Partners, Maddy expressed her eagerness to become an integral part of the Hayman family and is open to new opportunities that push her beyond her comfort zone. Outside of work, Maddy spends quality time with family and friends. She also enjoys exploring new destinations and embarking on memorable holidays, which allows her to recharge and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
