Operational Leadership Award: Rochelle Roberts

As Financial Controller, Rochelle Roberts plays a central role in the financial strength, governance and long-term planning of Hayman Partners.

Her responsibilities extend well beyond accounting. Rochelle supports financial reporting, trust accounting, payroll, compliance, human resources, risk management and the assessment of new business initiatives.

She also developed a new financial and operational model to help sales agents expand their teams by employing sales associates. The initiative supports business growth while creating clearer career pathways for people entering the real estate industry.

Rochelle’s calm judgement, commercial thinking and ability to turn complex challenges into practical solutions make her a trusted resource for our leadership team and staff.

Operational Support Person of the Year: Natasha Colefax

Natasha Colefax has been named a finalist for her contribution to Team Hayman and the wider Hayman Partners business.

Throughout the submission period, Natasha supported hundreds of listings, sales, exchanges and settlements while coordinating contractors, property presentation, photography, marketing schedules, solicitor communications, vendor-paid advertising and trust account administration.

Her experience working across both ACT and NSW transactions has also made her an important source of support for agents and administrators navigating different legislative and compliance requirements.

Natasha is known for identifying issues before they become larger problems, bringing people together and keeping complex campaigns moving. Much of her work happens behind the scenes, but its impact can be seen across the entire client experience.

Residential Salesperson of the Year: Tyran Murphy

Tyran Murphy has been named a finalist in the Residential Salesperson of the Year category following another year of strong professional and business growth.

Tyrans results have been driven by a thoughtful, client-focused approach. Rather than applying the same formula to every property, Tyran works to understand the seller, the home and the audience most likely to recognise its value.

His nomination reflects not only his sales results, but also his commitment to developing his team, challenging standard industry practices and helping clients make informed property decisions.

Residential Property Manager of the Year: Ben McDowell

Ben McDowell has been named a finalist for Residential Property Manager of the Year.

Ben directly manages a portfolio of residential properties across the ACT and NSW. During the submission period, his portfolio grew by 73 per cent while maintaining a vacancy rate of just 0.58 per cent.

Managing a portfolio of that size requires more than organisation. It requires judgement, accountability and the ability to communicate clearly when owners and tenants are navigating difficult situations.

Ben’s approach is built around consistency, follow-through and practical advice. His nomination recognises the trust he has developed with clients and the care he brings to every property under his management.

Leasing Consultant of the Year: Bailey Wilson

As Head of Leasing, Bailey Wilson has become a trusted contributor across Hayman Partners’ leasing, property management and residential sales teams.

During the submission period, Bailey contributed to a leasing team that completed 428 leases, managed more than 14,700 tenant enquiries, conducted over 2,300 inspections and processed more than 3,100 rental applications.

He has also introduced practical improvements to internal processes and regularly supports clients whose needs cross traditional departmental boundaries.

Bailey’s nomination reflects his reliability, calm approach and belief that exceptional service comes from anticipating people’s needs and following through on every commitment.

Achievement Award: Jordan Mills

Jordan Mills has been named a finalist in the Achievement Award, New to the Industry category.

After leaving his career as a qualified baker, Jordan joined Hayman Partners as a Property Management Assistant. Within six months, he had progressed into managing his own portfolio of approximately 150 properties.

Jordan later earned the opportunity to transition into residential sales after volunteering his weekends to learn from and support Team Hayman. His progression reflects persistence, humility and a genuine willingness to invest in his long-term development.

His nomination recognises what can be achieved by consistently doing the small things well, remaining patient and earning trust through action.
