Hayman Partners versus a jingle challenge

From the end of 2021 until the start of 2022, we went out on a limb on took on our most ambitious project yet—a campaign that encompassed thirty people. So as we went through the options of what kind of campaigns we could possibly do, we stumbled upon the hilariously silly British show, Taskmasters. And it was from there our next idea grew!
The campaign saw our whole team—directors, sales agents, property management, and operations—thrive while uniting, collaborating, supporting, celebrating and cheering each other to complete their challenges! It captured the genuine reactions and relationships between the team members to show who they really are.
The message of this campaign is, “Partners with you and partners in everything we do”. Life is a journey, and having a partner throughout major milestones is essential. The journey of selling and buying a home is no exception. We were confident that Canberra knew about our commitment to partner with them but wondered if they truly knew that we partner with each other for our clients and community. So, we thought we would show them.
The Jingle Challenge
Our jingle challenge was one of our funniest filming days. And for this lyric and melody-focused challenge, we made the executive challenge to task it to Lauren McDonald, Leisa Newman, Linda James, Martin Faux, Prinka Dhingra and Tina Meir. Before the challenge, we released minimal information, such as when and where to meet and recommendations about suitable clothing—to throw them off the scent.
In this challenge, we gave Lauren, Leisa, Linda, Martin, Prinka and Tina five minutes to create a Hayman Partners jingle using their voice and kitchen utensils, cookware and bakeware as instruments. We split the team into two groups and let their musical imaginations run wild! After their time was up, they had a jingle-off!
