Sofia Lopes Reis is the welcoming face of Hayman Partners, supporting clients and the wider team in her role as Receptionist. Known for her friendly nature and genuine care for others, Sofia creates a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Her warmth, professionalism and attention to detail help ensure clients feel comfortable, valued and supported from their very first interaction with the business. Prior to joining Hayman Partners, Sofia worked in customer focused roles where she developed strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life. These experiences shaped her calm and approachable manner, along with her ability to create positive experiences in fast paced environments. At Hayman Partners, Sofia plays an important role in keeping the front of house running smoothly while providing exceptional support to both clients and colleagues. She enjoys the people focused nature of the industry and takes pride in helping create a welcoming and professional environment every day. Outside of work, Sofia enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping and unwinding with long walks.
