Hayman Partners Fiji Adventure: Growth and R&R at the Horizons Conference 2024

This July, the Hayman Partners team embarked on an unforgettable journey to Fiji for the Horizons Conference 2024, a much-anticipated event celebrating a year of incredible achievements and hard work. From the sales agents and their associates to the property managers and our PM super teams to administrators, nearly the entire crew joined this adventure, save for a few dedicated individuals who held the fort to ensure our services continued seamlessly for our clients.

2023/2024 has been a remarkable year for Hayman Partners, having held a top position in the Canberra real estate market for much of this year. Operating primarily from our Curtin office and with our recent merger with Hathaway Real Estate added another site and new dimension to our team, blending two talented groups into one powerhouse, it certainly has set the stage for an exciting future.

This trip was our way of recognising our team’s dedication and celebrating successes together.

 


 

A Blend of Learning and Leisure

The Horizons Conference was not just about rest and relaxation; it was an opportunity for growth and development. Our team was joined by Phil Toleafoa, our account manager from our valued partner, Allhomes, who contributed to a series of enriching sessions. The conference’s formal discussions were centred on exploring innovative strategies and setting ambitious horizons for the clients we serve. We delved into emerging trends and future-focused ideas, equipping our team with the knowledge and inspiration to continue delivering exceptional service.

Beyond the conference room, Fiji’s natural beauty provided a stunning backdrop for team bonding and relaxation. One of the highlights was a day spent snorkelling off an ocean pontoon, where the team marvelled at the vibrant marine life. This experience wasn’t just about fun; it was a reminder of the importance of work-life balance and the rejuvenating power of nature.

In the evenings, we enjoyed company-sponsored dinners at three superb restaurants, each offering unique flavours and impeccable service. These dinners were more than just meals; they were celebrations of our collective achievements and the camaraderie that makes Hayman Partners a special place to work.

The conference concluded on National Property Managers Day, with a thrilling adventure that left everyone with smiles and unforgettable memories. The team enjoyed a ride on a six-person inflatable water tube, towed by locals outside our resort, Hilton Denarau Island. This exhilarating experience was a fitting end to a week filled with learning, growth, and fun.
