Hayman Partners, on behalf of Pegasus Horse Riding for the Disabled, are holding a cash prize raffle generously donated by ACT Property Inspections, Allhomes and Elevated Legal! Enter today, and you can win up to $3000!

How to enter our raffle:

￮ Be 18 years or older,

￮ Tickets are $5 each or $100 for a book—kindly printed by Xibit Printers.

￮ Purchase any number of tickets from one of the following locations (linked) or people:

Our Raffle closes on Friday, 16 September, at 12 PM, and will be drawn Saturday, 17 September at 12 PM at the Pegasus Open Day in Holt.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• ￮ 5500 tickets available (275 books with 20 tickets per book)
• ￮ Price of ticket $5.00
• ￮ Total prize pool value: $6000
  1. ￮ FIRST PRIZE: $3000
  2. ￮ SECOND PRIZE: $2000
  3. ￮ THIRD PRIZE: $1000
• ￮ Total number of prizes is 3
• ￮ Anyone under the age of 18 are ineligible to purchase raffle tickets.
• ￮ Entrants must complete or receive assistance from a Raffle Ticket Seller in completing their contact details in the section provided.
• ￮ Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible.
• ￮ Complete entries will include a first and last name, an email address and telephone number, at a minimum.
• ￮ Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be purchased.
• ￮ Raffle ticket sales will commence on 21 July 2022 and conclude on 16 September at 12 noon (ACDT).
• ￮ Entrants need not be present to win. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
• ￮ The draw for the winners will take place on 17 September 2022 at 12 noon at Pegasus Riding for the Disabled ACT Inc Head Office at 119 Drake Brockman Drive, Holt ACT 2615
• ￮ In the draw for the winners, the major prize will be drawn first, and the other prizes drawn in descending order of the prize number and value.
• ￮ Pegasus reserves the right to request winners to submit their ticket stub as proof of identity and purchase.
• ￮ Proof of identification and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Pegasus.
• ￮ Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
• ￮ If for any reason the raffle is not capable of running as planned, including (but not limited to) tampering or any other causes beyond the control of Pegasus, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the raffle, Pegasus reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the raffle, subject to any direction given under state permit regulations.
• ￮ In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; Pegasus may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
• ￮ All winners will be notified by phone and email within 2 days of the winners being drawn, and the winner’s details will be published on the Pegasus website, Pegasus Facebook page, Hayman Partners website and Hayman Partners Facebook page on 19 September.
• ￮ A list of all prizes and winners will be displayed.
• ￮ This Raffle is run by Hayman Partners Real Estate on behalf of Pegasus Riding for the Disabled ACT Inc, 119 Drake Brockman Drive, Holt ACT 2615.
• ￮ Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
• ￮ Purchase of a raffle ticket is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• ￮ Entry is open to all permanent residents of the ACT and surrounding district.
• ￮ All prize values are in Australian dollars.
• ￮ Pegasus and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• ￮ The prize money will be paid to the winners via Direct Deposit into their nominated bank account within twenty-one days after the winners are decided.
• ￮ Pegasus and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion will make all reasonable efforts to locate the winners and deliver the prizes.
• ￮ If any prizes remain unclaimed for 30 calendar days, as per guidelines set down by the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission, Pegasus will conduct another draw specifically for the unclaimed prize.
• ￮ The draw will be held at Pegasus, 119 Drake Brockman Drive, Holt ACT 2615 on Monday 17th September at 12 noon, at which time another winning ticket will be drawn.
• ￮ All entries become the property of Pegasus and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion.
• ￮ Pegasus and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion may use entrant information to contact you about news, events, and general information in relation to the organisation.
• ￮ A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to Pegasus at the address shown below.
• ￮ In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept delivery of a prize at the time stipulated by Pegasus, then that prize will be forfeited by the winner the cash will be registered as a donation to Pegasus as a registered charity.
• ￮ Pegasus and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion accepts no responsibility for any kind of loss or liability suffered or incurred by any of the prize-winners in relation to the prizes or the raffle.
• ￮ The winners release Pegasus, their related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize or the promotion.
• ￮ Once prizes have been paid from the Pegasus’ fundraising account, Pegasus will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.
• ￮ Pegasus and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion will not enter into any correspondence regarding the competition result.
• ￮ Pegasus reserves the right to disqualify any person who Pegasus has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to interfere with the fair and proper conduct of this Raffle.
• ￮ Pegasus’ legal rights are reserved to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
• ￮ Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties will not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, howsoever sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out of the prizes.
