Charlotte O'Sullivan

Charlotte O’Sullivan brings energy, confidence and a naturally outgoing approach to her role as Portfolio Manager at Hayman Partners. She enjoys working with people, building strong relationships with owners and tenants, and keeping communication clear and straightforward. Organised and proactive, Charlotte takes ownership of her portfolio and understands the importance of being responsive, following through and keeping clients informed.

With a background across residential real estate, including experience in sales, Charlotte has a strong understanding of the different moving parts involved in property. Her time in sales strengthened her communication, organisation and ability to work with a wide range of people, while also giving her an appreciation for the decisions property owners make beyond the day-to-day management of their investment.

Charlotte was drawn to Hayman Partners by the team environment and the opportunity to work within a business where people share information, support each other and take responsibility for the service they provide. She particularly enjoys getting to know her clients, understanding what matters to them and finding practical ways to resolve issues when they arise.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active and making the most of her weekends. Having played AFL for many years, she is competitive, determined and very comfortable being part of a team. She brings that same energy to work, along with a willingness to get involved, take responsibility and get things done.
