Known for her positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure, Jess thrives in the fast paced nature of the leasing environment. She enjoys connecting people with homes that suit their needs and takes pride in making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Before joining Hayman Partners, Jess worked as a lifeguard and in customer focused roles within the health industry. These experiences strengthened her communication skills, attention to detail and ability to remain composed in busy and often demanding situations. Her background has given her a practical and solutions focused approach that allows her to navigate challenges with confidence while delivering a consistently high standard of service.
Jess brings energy, reliability and a strong sense of accountability to everything she does. She enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment and values the opportunity to make a positive difference through the work she delivers each day.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys playing sports, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
