Having built a strong foundation within Hayman Partners through Property Management, Jordan developed a genuine understanding of the importance of communication, attention to detail and delivering a consistently high level of service. Alongside his Property Management responsibilities, Jordan regularly supported Team Hayman at weekend opens and auctions, gaining valuable insight into the sales process and the relationships that sit at the heart of a successful real estate business. Through this experience, it became clear that Jordan’s strengths extended beyond his day to day role. His professionalism, reliability and ability to connect with people naturally led to the opportunity to join Team Hayman as a Sales Associate.

Prior to real estate, Jordan worked in highly structured environments that demanded discipline, consistency and a strong work ethic. Those qualities continue to define his approach today.
